Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar of Nathalie Sicard Salcedo - Recipefy

1 cup chocolate whey protein (I like this one)
1/2 cup gluten-free oats, blended (or oat flour)
2 Tbsp natural, unsweetened peanut butter
2 Tbsp Coconut flour
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
About half of a dark chocolate bar (I used 85%)
Stevia to taste

1. If you’re using whole oats like I did, use a hand mixer or put them in a blender so that you end up with more of a flour. Pour into a medium sized bowl, then add the whey protein, coconut flour and cocoa powder, and mix together.

2. Warm the peanut butter slightly (optional, but makes it easier to work with), then slowly stir the peanut butter and almond milk into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Make sure to stir it well since you’re not baking it and you don’t want to end up with any dry bites!

3. Put the peanut butter dough in the refrigerator for about a half an hour (again, optional, but makes it easier to work with), then form into five bars and place them on wax paper.

4. Melt the chocolate on the stovetop or in the microwave, being careful not to burn it. Coat the bars in the chocolate (warning, it will be messy!), place them back on the wax paper, and stick them into the fridge for an hour or more.

5. These bars are definitely better when chilled, so try and be patient before eating them! And enjoy!

6. Notas: Cortar las barras ya que tengan el chocolate encima y no congeladas.
