Cinnamon sugar pinwheels

1. Preheat oven to 425F

2. Roll out puff pastry if using a block. Brush with melted butter and then sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon evenly on top. Roll dough up tightly into a log, pressing seam down to seal. Slice log into 1 inch pieces. Lap pieces flat on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 mins, or until pastry is golden brown.
