Curry, mango and peanut dip

Ingredients for 1 bowl
4-5 Tablespoons yoghurt (full fat Greek tastes best!)
1-2 teaspoons medium curry powder
1-2 teaspoons caster sugar
1-2 desert spoons mango chutney (Sharwoods green label works well)
2-3 desert spoons crunchy peanut butter

Directions
1. Mix everything together - serve with tortilla chips
2. There is a lot of variation in different brands of all the ingredients hence the ranges in quantities but if you get close to these quantities you can adjust the exact quantities, but it does taste lovely!
