Dairy-free sausage chili quiche

Dough
2 sticks butter (dairy free) - melted
3 cups flour
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Filling
1 - 4.5 oz can chopped green chilies
1 cup dairy free milk
1 cup mayo
6 eggs
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb. sausage (cooked)
salt & pepper to taste

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For dough: Cut butter, flour & powdered sugar together. Split dough in half and press into 2 - 10 inch pie plates. Bake crust for 5 minutes.

2. For filling: Mix together all ingredients except the sausage. Drain grease off sausage and add to the rest of the ingredients. Put half of the filling in each crust. Bake for 25 minutes.
