Easy zucchini casserole

Ingredients
2-4 zucchini (3-4 cups)
half of a large onion
1 cup cottage cheese
3 tables spoons cream
1+ cups of sharp cheddar
3 eggs
seasonings & salt to taste

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice zucchini then quarter it and chop up half an onion, set aside. In separate bowl mix cottage cheese, eggs, cream, cheddar & seasonings then add zucchini & onions and mix well. Pour into a glass baking dish and bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until fully cooked, then ENJOY!
