Ingredients
1 can LeSuer English peas
1 can LeSuer shoe peg corn (white)
1 can French style green beans
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
1 sm. chopped bell pepper
1 sm. jar pimientos
Reserve 1 tbsp. green bean juice
Drain vegetables.
Bring to a boil
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
¾ cup vinegar
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. bean juice
Directions
1. Cool. Pour over vegetables and chill overnight.
