Garlic and herb butter

2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature (1 stick = ½ cup or 113g, or 4 ounces)
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
½ tsp salt

Directions
1. Using a hand mixer, beat the butter and salt for a couple minutes, or until fluffy. Add the garlic and parsley, stir to combine well.
2. Transfer the garlic and herb butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Roll to form a cylinder shape. Twist both ends tight and keep it in the fridge. It is ready to use when butter becomes cold and solid.
