General Tso's chicken of Jack Bishop - Recipefy

3-4 chicken breasts, cut into bite size chunks.
200g snow peas chopped into chunks,
Peanut/ground nut oil(for frying),

For the sauce
1 tbsp Cornflower
1 Garlic clove,
2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce,
1 tbsp Rice wine,
1 tbsp honey,
2 tbsp dark soy sauce,
4 tbsp water,

Noodles/rice to serve.

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → ±7 min

1. Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a wok, and stir fry the chicken until it turns opaque.

3. Add the peas to the chicken, stir fry for 30 seconds then add the sauce.

4. Cook until the sauce has reduced down and the chicken is fully cooked.

5. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.

6. (optional if you like it a bit hotter you can add a chilli or two with the peas, this would also work well with a handful of cashew nuts added, again with the peas)
