1. EN UN BOL PONER LA CLARA Y EL JUGO DE LIMÓN JUNTO A 100 Gr. AZÚCAR GLASS TAMIZADA, BATIR DURANTE 5 MINUTOS.
2. INCORPORAR POCO A POCO EL RESTO DEL AZÚCAR.
3. MEZCLAR HASTA QUE FORME PICOS
