Homemade mozzerella sticks recipe

1 mozzarella cheese ( Block, dry, cut into sticks )
3 eggs
1 bread crumbs, plain
1 granulated garlic
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup flour
1 vegetable oil
1 salt and pepper

1. 1. Cut mozzarella into thin sticks:

2. 2.Put eggs in bowl with a dash of milk: salt and pepper: whisk together:

3. 3.put Garlic, Italian seasoning, in bread crumb batter. Pepper: mix together.

4. 4.take mozzarella and dip in flour: egg, bread crumb: back into the egg, and back into the bread crumb. Coat well. Lay in plate:

5. 5.put in freezer for 2 hours. :O ( This step is important.)

6. 6.In a high vegetable oil, cook mozzarella sticks.
