(For the Patties:)
1 1/2 lbs fresh ground beef
2 Tbsp grated onion
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ketchup
1 salt and pepper to taste

(for the sauce:)
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
8 oz mushrooms sliced
2 Tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth
1 dash of worchesterie sauce
1 fresh parsely
1 mash potatoes

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. * serve with Mash Potatoes* :3

2. 1.In a bowl with the uncooked ground beef, and bread crumbs, grate onion over it, with a long stick grater. Add egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and ketchup.

3. 2. Mix with clean hands.

4. 3.Divide patties into 4 or 6 patties: form like steak size shape: Like mini meatloaf, but flattened a bit: And put on plate:

5. 4. Take a cast Iron skillet, nice and hot, medium high heat with vegetable oil. Add patties in: Cook 3 mins on both sides till they get a good color: Remove and put on clean plate.

6. 5.To the same skillet, add butter: Stir till melts. Add mushrooms: Cook till develop color. Stir 6 to 7 mins.

7. 6.Add flour in skillet: stir flour out: (20 seconds) Add beef stock in skillet, and Worcestershire sauce.

8. 7.Add patties back in skillet pan: turn to medium, and let cook 10 mins, or until steaks are fully cooked threw:

9. 8.When done, sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Take a ladle and serve on plate with mash potatoes :3
