Khobryachi wadi (Coconut barfi) of Uday - Recipefy

One bowl overflowing with grated coconut, just less than one bowl sugar, some milk, khoya or milk cream

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. One katori overflowing with grated coconut, one katori little less than full sugar and a little milk. Smoothen these three in a mixie. Heat these in a pan, continuously stirring. Add 50 gm khoya or fresh cream from milk into this after it has started to heat up. It will initially melt and eventually start giving a rough texture. Keep stirring and heating and add cardamom powder before bringing it off the heat. If you are making it with one full coconut then you can add half a boiled potato to make it softer.
