1 cup lentles
3 cups cold water
500g shank
1 carrot
1 onion
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
quarter teaspoon thyme
quarter teaspoon fennel
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon flour

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 135 min

1. Wash and soak lentles in cold water over night

2. chop onion and carrot finely and fry in warm butter

3. add lentles, meat, water and spices

4. heat up slowly to boil and let it cook slowly for 2 hours.

5. Rub it through a sift and then add salt and pepper

6. heat up again to boil, add flour (mixed wit-h milk)

7. let boil for 15 min

8. Sprinkle parsley over top and serve
