1 cup skim or 1% milk
1 1/4 cup shredded low fat cheese
2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
pepper to taste
2 1/2 cups cooked whole wheat pasta
1 tbsp grated onion
paprika

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Use grating tool in food processor to grate cheese, then change to mixing blade and add milk and cottage cheese.

3. Process until creamy and then pour into a large bowl.

4. Stir in cooked pasta and onion.

5. Transfer to 1 1/2 QT baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 1 hour or until heated through.

6. *When I make this I throw in about a cup of chopped broccoli with the pasta when I'm boiling it, then mix it into the cheese mixture..*
