Mashed potatoes

1 5lb bag of white potatoes, peeled and halved
1 stick butter
1 container sour cream
salt to taste

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 50 min

1. Place peeled and halved potatoes in pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, and boil for 30-40 min. Done when a fork pierces them easily.

2. Drain and replace in pan. Add butter, salt, and sour cream to the pan.

3. With an electric mixer, whip at medium speed until smooth but still stiff.
