Microwave garlic bread

Ingredients for 2 people
1 small French loaf
4og butter
2 garlic cloves (crushed garlic)
1 tsp chopped parsley
Prep. Time → 3 min
Cook Time → 1 1/2 min

Directions
1. Cut loaf into thick slices (don’t cut through the loaf)
Mix butter with garlic and parsley until soft + creamy spread thickly between the slices, wrap loosely in kitchen paper.
Heat in microwave on high for about 1 to 1 ½ minuets till butter melts
