Mustard chucken

4 skinless, boneless chucken breasts cut in to chunks
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
150ml (1/4pt) white win
200ml tub creme fraiche

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Season the chicken with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 5 minutes until browned all over

3. Add the paprika, mustard, and white wine and allow to bubble for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is cook ed through

4. Stir in the creme fraiche, season and serve immediately.
