On the go egg muffins

6 eggs
3 cups chopped vege's your choice ie tomatoe and spinach
Cheddar cheese

Prep. Time → 7 min min

Cook Time → 15 min min

1. Prepare a 12 spot muffin pan with cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350
Beat the eggs and add the veg's to them, add spices if you like Basil with the tomatoe/spinach combo
Spoon the egg mix into muffin tin
Bake at 350 for 15 min

2. Cool completely before storing. They can be frozen, and re heat in microwave for 45 sec.
