Peach Crisp of Bobby Keillor - Recipefy

2 Large Peaches, enough to fill the bottom of the 8" square pan, sliced (you don't have to peel them)
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar (or Brown Sugar)
1/2 Cup Cold Butter, cut into thin strips to make it easier to blend
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Cup Quick (1 minute) Oats
1 tsp Vanilla

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease an 8" square pan.

2. Arrange peaches evenly in the pan.

3. Mix flour, coconut sugar, butter, cinnamon and salt in a bowl using a pastry cutter until evenly crumbled.

4. Fold oats into the flour mixture and add the vanilla.

5. Sprinkle the topping onto the peaches and lightly press it into the peaches.

6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until top is lightly browned.

7. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
