Pepper jack mac and cheese recipe

1/2 lb corkscrew pasta
4 Tbsp unsalted butter,
4 Tbsp flour
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 salt and pepper to taste
2 cups warm whole milk
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup Mozzeralla cheese: shredded
1 tsp granulated onion
2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp paprika

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 20 min

2. 1.In a saucepan, take butter and put in pan on medium heat, and wait till it melts:

3. 2.Add flour, give a good stir for a min:

4. 3.Add milk, give stir. Add garlic, onion, and paprika, stir. Add nutmeg, season with salt and pepper. Stir:

5. 4.let it cook till thickness: (sauce)

6. 5.Add pepper jack cheese, stir together:

7. 6.Cook pasta :)

8. 7.Take a casserole dish, and butter it so it doesn't stick:

9. 8.Pour cheese sauce in pasta pot, mix together.

10. 9.Pour pasta in casserole dish. Cover top with bread crumbs:

11. 10. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Add butter slices on top of mozzarella, and put in oven 20 mins on 400*, till bubbly and golden brown.
