Philadelphia pasta with meat balls of Parnia Parsi - Recipefy

4 sausages(the sort with loads of herbs), 1/2 a tub of Philadelphia, about 250g pasta(depends how big your appetite is!), 1 tbsp mustard, pinch of salt.

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Put some boiled water on the stove and the salt and pasta. Cook for 12 minutes according to how firm you like your pasta and the instructions on the pack.

2. Make a small cut on the sausage casing and remove it. Roll the sausage meat small meatballs.

3. Fry them in a saucepan with a little oil until brown.

4. Drain the pasta and add to the meatballs. Add the Philadelphia and mustard and stir well. Pop the lid on and cook for a minute more.

5. Voila!
Serve immediately with some grated Parmesan cheese!
