1 pound fresh cranberries

2 cups of sugar

1 cup wine

Optional: 1/2 bottle Certo - 3 oz. (fruit pectin)

1. Combine sugar and wine in saucepan. Stir to dissolve sugar, bring to a boil.

2. Add cranberries and cook until they start popping.

3. Remove from heat, cool, and enjoy!

4. Optional: Add 1/2 bottle Certo - 3 oz. (fruit pectin) after removing from heat.
