Ribs

Rack of ribs, 1 cup Coke or Cole Soda, 1/2 Cup Ketchup, 1/2 cup Mustard, 1 teaspoon Cayenne, salt and pepper for seasoning, 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar, A dash of garlic powder, Juice and Zest of 2 Lemons, 1/4 cup White wine, and Optional but I sometimes put in a splash of Sriracha depending on who I am feeding.

1. Season the Ribs with Salt and Pepper

2. Combine all of the other ingredients, you can either cook the ribs in some of the sauce like I do or throw the sauce on as you go.

3. If you don't like something in the ingredients you can leave it out or put less of it. Making a sauce is the easiest thing to do. The sauce, if you follow my directions, can tend to sometimes be not as thick so I always reduce it in the end. I reduce it also because if I cook on the grill, I am brushing it throughout cooking and don't want to get sick.
