Shrimp Pad Thai of Mrs. Jones - Recipefy

3 table spoons of Soy Sauce 1 Lime squeezed
1 table Spoon of rice vinegar 2 table spoons of chili garlic
1 table spoon of ketchup 1 table spoon of Sesame oil
1 table spoon of Chili oil or Olive Oil 3 table spoons of Hoisen sauce
Sprinkle some sugar with fingers ½ cup of chicken broth
1-2 garlic cloves minced 2 ½ cups of bean sprouts
1 bunch of green onions

1. **Mix all ingredients together, simmer and set aside**

2. **Rice Noodles: (Leave soaking in warm NOT hot water for 60 minutes).

3. However much shrimp you want, peeled and deveined (that means remove the little black line of shit)!

4. Cook in a table spoon of sesame oil with 2 minced garlic cloves.

5. *Do not cook through just barely pink.

6. ** Then set aside**

7. 4 Eggs (scramble them in a bowl)

8. Cook the eggs in a Pan with a little oil, cook them almost all the way through.

9. Then put in the rice noodle.

10. Mix and pour all liquid ingredients.

11. Stir in vegetables and shrimp and the rest of ingredients
