Simple Meatballs of Tina Turbin - Recipefy

1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
½ tablespoon garlic salt
¼ white onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 zucchini
1 jar of tomato/pasta sauce

1. 1. Preheat Oven to 350F.
2. In a bowl combine ground beef, garlic salt, onion, salt and pepper. Mix and combine well with hands.
3. Make into small golf ball sized rounds.
4. Place in a medium sized glass dish in the center of your oven.
5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
6. Using a vegetable spiralizer, take your zucchini and create noodles.
7. Pour entire contents of tomato sauce into a pan on medium heat.
8. Once the sauce starts to heat up, add your meatballs to the sauce and adjust heat to low.
9. Cover with lid for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and keep lid on until it is plated.
10. Place noodles in a separate pan with oil, salt and pepper. Sauté until noodles are cooked.
11. Serve the noodles on plates with sauce and meatballs on top and dig in!
12. Enjoy!
