Sweet tooth - chocolate truffles of Amy Jessup - Recipefy

1/3 cup coconut oil
3 - 4 TBSP honey
1 tbs all natural nut butter (I use cashew, but almond would be just as good.)
¼ cup fat free Chobani Greek yogurt
⅓ cup good quality unsweetened cocoa powder

1. Melt coconut oil in the microwave, stir in honey, almond butter and cocoa powder and mix until well incorporated.
Carefully fold in Greek yogurt, mix well and refrigerate for about 15 minutes, until it starts to harden
Working with approximately 1 tablespoon at a time, form truffles, roll them in either more cocoa powder or coconut flakes and refrigerate until ready to serve. Or, you could potentially just pour the whole thing into a square tupperware, refrigerate and eat it like fudge.

2. Here's one for you if you're just craving something more decadent for dessert. These are easy to make, incredibly good and the texture of them is to die for. They are exponentially better for you than traditional truffles, however.... be cautious, I wouldn't suggest eating the whole batch in one go. You're looking at a lot of carbs and fat in one bite.

3. If you make 12 out of this recipe, these little guys are about 100 calories a piece and 1 block of carbs to 1 block of fat.
