Twenty minute italian tortellini soup
8 cups water
14 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 cup marinara sauce or meat sauce
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp italian seasoning
1 freshly grated parm
20 oz three cheese tortellini pasta
1 salt and pepper
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. 1. In a soup pot, pour water.
2. 2. Add in meat-sauce, diced tomotes, garlic, Italian seasoning; stir. Let it come to a boil, simmer and for 10 mins.
3. 3. When done, add Tortialli. It will be done when they float to the top.
4. 4. When done, turn off and add a pinch of salt&pepper; add grated- parm. stir;
