unleavened butterscotch muffins

4 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 bag of nestle butterscoth chips
1 nonstick spray
3 tsp vanilla extract
2 sticks of softed butter
1/4 tsp kosher salt

Cook Time → 20 min

1. 1. preheat oven at 325*

2. 2. In mixer, add brown sugar, eggs, flour, sticks of butter, butterscotch chips, vanilla extract, salt: mix to combine.

3. 3. Spray your muffin tin with nonstick spray: Scoop batter in muffin tin.

4. 4. Put muffin tin on middle rack in oven.

5. 5. Bake for 15-20 mins.
