Wild mushroom ravioli w/ cream sauce

Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Heavy Cream, Milk, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic, Butter, White Pepper, Kosher Salt, Mushrooms, Onion

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. Get a pot with water boiling.

2. Add 1 tsp garlic and 2 tbs butter to sauce pan over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and 2/3 cup milk. Bring to a light boil. Slowly add parmesan 1 cup grated parmesan cheese while stirring. Once melted in, add salt and white pepper to taste. Put aside on low heat, stirring occasionally.

3. In a saute pan, add sliced mushrooms and onion to pan with olive oil. Saute until cooked through.

4. Add wild mushroom ravioli to boiling water and cook according to directions.

5. Plate and serve.
