Zucchini bread

1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 cup chopped nuts or raisins 2 cups flour 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon 1 tsp. Soda 1 tsp. Baking powder 1 tsp. Salt 2 cups grated Zucchini

1. Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugars, oil and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until well mixed. Fold in zucchini and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
