Black sesame brussels sprouts

Ingredients
1 pound brussels sprouts
¼ cup truffle oil
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
5 garlic cloves, chopped
Optional: ¼ teaspoon chipotle powder
Salt to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
2. Mix brussels sprouts, oil and garlic and place in a baking dish.
3. Bake approximately 35 minutes.
4. Remove and add in other ingredients and mix all.
5. Place back into the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
6. Remove and serve with your choice of dip or alongside a delicious protein.
7. Enjoy!
