Christian's peanut butter banana smoothie
1 ripe Banana
1 tablespoon of Peanut Butter or other Nut/Seed Butter of your choice (oil-free kind).
1/4-1/2 cup of SoyMilk (I like Original Silk SoyMilk).
Agave or Honey (optional).
1/2 a teaspoon of grounded Flax Seeds (optional).
My Homemade Nut Butter (and oil-free) recipe
1. I place the Banana, Peanut Butter, Soymilk, grounded Flax Seeds and Ice into my Magic Bullet Blender and blend.
2. I would only add in some Agave or Honey when the Banana is still a little green and if I need the smoothie to be a bit sweeter.
