Homemade nut butter
2-3 Handfuls of Peanuts, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds or any other nut/seed of your choice; Unshelled.
Pinch of fine Sea Salt.
1. If you want more of a roasted taste, heat the nut in a pan before moving on to the next step.
2. Place the nuts into the food processor/ blender and mix until very smooth or however you want it. You may need to add in some water to give it a more smooth consistency.
3. If you like it more crunchy, just smash up a few nuts and stir it in after.
4. This doesn't require to be stored in the fridge and will not go bad as fast as normal nut butters.
