Hollyhock Salad Dressing
1/3 c water
1/3 c apple cider vinegar
1/3 c soy sauce
2 Tbsp crushed garlic
1/2 c nutritional yeast (flaked type)
1 1/2 c sunflower oil
Directions
put liquids, garlic and yeast in blender - blend till mixed
drizzle in oil gradually
chill and enjoy on everything you eat!

1. Chop kale. Put in roasting pan. Salt and add olive oil. Toss
2. Set oven to 400 degrees.
3. Put in for 15 minutes. Don't stir/char
4. Take out and toss. Put back in for 10 minutes
5. Serve as a side dish or toss with Hollyhock dressing
